Unfortunately, our scheduling system does not allow for same-day procedures for laser treatments. If you are interested in laser treatments, you will need to undergo an initial in-person consultation to receive a personalized treatment plan. Afterward, you can schedule for a later date, complete the necessary paperwork, and pay a nonrefundable deposit.

Clients are required to cancel within 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so results in a 24-hour cancellation policy being applied for the first instance only. For subsequent instances, we will deduct one treatment from your package. If it is a one-time facial appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

For all of our packages, you are required to pay an initial nonrefundable deposit of 10%. The remaining balance must be paid off by the 3rd visit. After that, you will be payment-free for the remainder of your treatments.

• Noblex / Excel V: There is a possibility that you may develop scabs. Treat them like normal scabs and let them fall off naturally. Avoid picking or scratching at them to prevent scarring.
• Inmode: You may experience bruising along the jawline for approximately 1-7 days. We recommend avoiding drinks and cold foods for at least 24 hours after the procedure, as it may shock the skin.
• Scarlet: You may experience redness and/or swelling on the entire face for about 24-48 hours.
• Shurink: You may experience redness and/or swelling on the lower half of the face for about 24-48 hours.
• Agnes: The areas with prominent acne may appear larger or more red, but this should subside when you receive a follow-up RF (radiofrequency) treatment 2-4 days after the laser treatment.

With Stem Cell (Micro-needling), you may experience redness and peeling for 1-7 days. During the first 24 hours, avoid washing your face. It is crucial to apply sunblock in the following days. When you experience peeling, refrain from picking it off and let it come off naturally.

The duration of the procedure for mole/skin tag removal varies depending on the size, number, and location of the moles/skin tags being treated. In general, the procedure can typically be completed within a few minutes to half an hour. However, it’s important to note that this is a rough estimate and the actual duration can vary case by case.

If you happen to scratch off the scab prematurely, it may cause scarring. There is always a chance of scarring with this type of procedure. After the procedure, the scab may feel itchy. It is recommended to tap lightly over the area instead of scratching. If the scab naturally falls off after two weeks, possibly during a shower, that is considered normal and okay.

Technically, you can wear makeup 24 hours after the procedure. However, we do not recommend it because removing the makeup may cause the scabs to fall off prematurely, potentially leading to scarring (as mentioned above)

The scabs will be slightly smaller, but their color will be darker since we are burning the surface of the mole/skin tag.

Yes, you can, but make sure to apply sunblock to your face. The scabs do protect the treated area, but once they fall off, it is essential to wear sunblock specifically on those spots. Otherwise, it can cause discoloration and potentially make them darker than before.

Yes, you can, but please be mindful when putting on and taking off the mask.

You can resume it 24 hours after the procedure. However, for at least two to three weeks, avoid using anything acidic or any type of scrubs. It is recommended to use gentle and/or foaming products during this time. If you’re unsure about a specific product, you may use it at your own discretion.

You will need to avoid hot or steamy showers (warm or cold showers are permitted), swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas, working out, or anything that may trap moisture inside the scabs.

Yes, once a skin tag or mole is safely removed, it is unlikely to grow back in the same spot. However, new ones can develop over time due to factors like genetics and skin friction.
